Denver, CO — July 07, 2016 — Wazee Digital, a leading provider of cloud-based video management and licensing services, today announced they have joined the membership of the Downtown Denver Partnership, the organization that manages and develops Downtown Denver as the unique, diverse, vibrant, and economically healthy urban core of the Rocky Mountain Region.
Guided by the placed-based economic development strategy outlined in the 2007 Downtown Area Plan, the Downtown Denver Partnership works with public, private and non-profit entities to implement high-impact strategies to support its vision for an economically healthy, growing and vital Downtown Denver.
The Partnership produces a variety of events for the benefit of Downtown residents, workers and visitors including: the Taste of Colorado, Meet in the Street, the 9NEWS Parade of Lights and Denver Startup Week, which Wazee Digital will be supporting. Becoming a member of the Partnership provides exclusive opportunities for businesses to become informed about topics important to the center city, get connected to respected Downtown business leaders and be heard by engaging with one of the Partnership’s many committees and councils. Additionally, the Partnership also manages the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District (BID) to provide enhanced services within the 120 block BID to make Downtown Denver a cleaner, safer, and more vibrant place.
Denver is currently ranked as the best city for college graduates and has the largest increase in college educated graduates. Research and trends show that millennials are moving to cities first, and then finding jobs. As a diverse and culturally vibrant city, Denver is the number one destination that millennials are moving to for a sense of community and fulfilling careers.
